How to access the BookRouter™ Platform

Step One: Confirm /bookrouter is installed

Notes
Note: The legacy login uses /manager at the end of the URL; BookRouter™ uses /bookrouter.
To check for installation, confirm that you see the following login screen when you go to this URL:

YOURDOMAIN.com/bookrouter (replace YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain name).

Note: If you do not see this login screen, you must request installation of the new software.

Step Two: Log in using legacy username / password

Once you have confirmed that the new BookRouter™ Platform is installed, you can access your account via login at that same URL:

YOURDOMAIN.com/bookrouter (replace YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain name).

Note about username and password: Use the same username and password as your legacy account.

Step Three: Switch between BookRouter™ & the legacy admin

  1. Click your username at the top right of the screen and a dropdown menu will open.
  2. Click the BookRouter™ toggle button highlighted by the red arrow below.
