How do I reset a customer's password for them?

Click on the 'Customer Reports' link under the 'Reports' heading in the Control Panel menu. Then, enter the customer name in the search bar and click 'Submit.'

In the 'Actions' column, click 'Edit.'

First, click on the 'Customer Login' tab. Then, enter a new password. When you are finished, click on 'UPDATE CUSTOMER.'

You will see a banner message saying 'Customer was updated.'
