BookRouter™ supports HomeBase 2.3 text files. To create the necessary file format please follow the instructions below.
How to export your inventory as a HomeBase 2.3 text file for BookRouter™ upload
To begin the export process, open the File menu and select Export to open the Export Wizard.
Select the data you'd like to export and click Next.
Choose whether to export all your data, changes since a specific date, or data from specific catalogs. Once you've made your selection, click Next.
Select the export format (Note: BookRouter™ requires HB 2.3 format) and click Next.
A Save As window will open. Choose a location on your computer to save your export file. If you wish, you can also rename the file. Click Save.
When the Success message appears, click Finish.
