Bibliopolis uses Rackspace E-mail. You should have received an e-mail with your login credentials and instructions for setting up your accounts, but if you need further assistance read the following article or contact us at [email protected].
Step One: Login to Rackspace E-mail Support Center at https://emailhelp.rackspace.com then choose Set Up E-mail (see screenshot below).
Step Two: Choose your device type Computer, Phone, Tablet or Other (see screenshot below).
Step Three: Choose your operating system Windows or MacOS (see screenshot below).
Step Four: Choose your e-mail client, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook or other (see screenshot below).
Step Five: Choose a protocol, IMAP or POP (see screenshot below).
Tip: We highly recommend IMAP, which will allow you to see your messages and folders on multiple devices.
