1) Scroll down the Control Panel and click 'Export Data' under the 'My Site' heading.

2) Next to 'Choose export type' , select 'Notifications' from the drop-down menu.

3) Select 'Include all notifications' or you can filter your notification export data by date.

4) Select your preferred 'File Format'.

5) Next to 'Export' select whether you'd like to export Emails Only, Emails and Names Only or All Information.

6) In this section you can filter your data by Category or Opt-in Status.

7) Click the 'Export File' button.
