1) Scroll down the Control Panel and click 'Export Data' under the 'My Site' heading.

2) Next to 'Choose export type' , select 'Subscribers' from the drop-down menu.

3) Select 'Include all subscribers' or you can filter your subscriber export data by date.

4) Select your preferred 'File Format'.

5) Next to 'Export' select whether you'd like to export Emails Only, Emails and Names Only or All Information.

6) In this section, you can filter your data by Mailing List & Opt-in Status.

7) Click the 'Export File' button.
